Autopilot Holdings Corp. ("Autopilot") has entered into a referral arrangement with Public Holdings, Inc. ("Public"), a registered broker-dealer. Under this arrangement, Autopilot receives cash compensation from Public only when a client we newly refer opens and funds a Public brokerage account.
Compensation is based on the net new deposit amount held in the referred account 30 days after account opening, according to the following tiered schedule:
Deposit Amount (First 30 Days) • Autopilot Compensation
$0 – $1,000: $50
$1,001 – $5,000: $85
$5,001 – $15,000: $100
$15,001 – $20,000: $150
$20,001 – $50,000: $200
$50,001 – $100,000: $250
$100,001 – $250,000: $300
$250,001 – $500,000: $500
$500,001 – $1,000,000: $1,000
$1,000,001 – $5,000,000: $2,000
$5,000,001 and above: $5,000
This arrangement creates a conflict of interest, as Autopilot is financially incentivized to recommend Public over other brokerages. However, clients are under no obligation to use Public and may choose from other supported brokerages within the Autopilot platform.
Autopilot has designated Public as its default and preferred brokerage partner, and Public may receive enhanced placement or visibility in our platform as part of this relationship.
Additional information can be found in our Form ADV Part 2A, particularly under Item 12 – Brokerage Practices and Item 14 – Client Referrals and Other Compensation.

Options trading entails significant risk and is not suitable for all investors. Options investors can rapidly lose the value of their investment in a short period of time and incur permanent loss by expiration date. Certain complex options strategies carry additional risk and costs. Investors must read and understand the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options before considering any options transaction. Index options have special features and fees that should be carefully considered, including settlement, exercise, expiration, tax, and cost characteristics. See Fee Schedule for all options trading fees. Supporting documentation for any claims will be furnished upon request. To learn more about options rebates, see terms of the Options Rebate Program. Rebate rates vary monthly from $0.06-$0.18 and depend on your current and prior month's options trading volume. Rates are subject to change at any time.
